“What areas do you buy in?”
— We generally focus on NSW regions, however we do buy and sell anywhere in Australia.
“How quickly can you buy my house?”
— Once we have agreed on price then your house can be sold in days - not weeks or months.That's the beauty of dealing direct!
“Can I use my own solicitor when I sell?”
— Yes of course. Our lawyers (who specialise in property law) handle all of the legal paperwork and work with your solicitor to create standard contracts applicable in your state.
“What price range do you buy in?”
— Generally in the $250,000 to $500,000 range. However, if the numbers stack up in your region we can certainly purchase more expensive properties. Best to get in contact to find out.
“Are you a Real Estate Agent?”
— No, we are a property investment business with specific skills and experience in buying/selling using a range of strategies.
“The mortgage on my house is larger than the house value. Can you still buy my house?”
— Absolutely! In fact, a number of our purchase strategies are perfectly designed to help you out of this situation. Contact us today to ask how.
“I’m currently with an agency. Can I still sell my house to you?”
— Yes. We can work with your agent to purchase your house. If you still haven't sold after being with the agent for some time, you may prefer to deal directly and save yourself having to pay $1000's in commissions. Whichever way, we're happy to help.
“I’m behind in my mortgage payments and the bank is looking to foreclose on me. Are you able to help?”

“I’m downsizing and have no mortgage on my house. I don’t want to take a large lump sum as it will affect my pension. Can you help?”
