What are we looking for?

Price

We purchase houses in a 'mid-range' price point. What does this mean? Well, this can vary of course all across Australia. However, in general we are looking at houses and apartments in the $250,000 - $500,000 range. If you have a property outside of this range, we can still talk however.

Condition

We can generally purchase houses in ALL conditions. Really. If your house is not in the best condition, there is often a solution that we can bring to the table.

Size

As a general statement - we like 1-3 bedroom apartments and 3-4 bedroom houses. However, with larger properties (5 bedrooms+) on large blocks it may be more difficult for us to rent and/or on-sell.

Location

Our business is based in the NSW Southern Highlands, so we focus on this area and the Illawarra. We also purchase throughout Sydney and regional NSW. We can also purchase anywhere in Australia if the house meets our requirements.

An 'unsellable' house?
